A deep dark, almost black core, with bright purple reflections at the rim. Elegant and brisk legs form on the wall of the glass. The fragrance seduces you from afar. Dried plums and dried cherries, herbs, and subtle oak notes. There is an all-encompassing concentration on the palate. Dark fruits, coffee-cinnamon notes, remarkable structure and great persistence. The density and the ageing potential are enhanced by ripe tannins and well-balanced acidity.
